You may have already seen it: the former Calvé site has been turned into a lawn. Last summer the entire site was raised, a drainage was installed to keep the site free of water, and the entire plot of land was sown with special grass seed suitable for this site. This will create a beautiful green lawn. A final separation with the BOEi site, where the Grand Office and the future parking lot are located, has also been placed. The construction fences have been removed as a consequence. That immediately looks a lot tidier.
Cristel de Baas, project manager of dsm-firmenich: “The site is now ready for future use. What that use will be, is still being worked on. We hope to be able to inform you about this soon. Until then, we will ensure a well-maintained site.”
