Bialtec develops encapsulated animal feed ingredients: microbiomes. Their innovative microbiomes can replace the current standard addition of antibiotic growth promoters, as well as improve nutrient uptake and reduce manure, simply by reconfiguring microbiomes in the gut. Bialtec's microbiomes improve the efficiency of feed-to-meat conversion and improve gastrointestinal health for the animals. Bialtec will continue to operate in South America from their home country of Colombia and will also develop the European market from their new office in the Beijerink Center.
